    trick for free!

    1. assign this IP to one of your running instance.
    一定要連到你的某個 running instance.

    2. instance 不要關.
    instance running, Elastic IP 不收錢.

    小心! 但如果你關 stop the instance, Elastic IP開始會收錢.
